1- One Egg (mix it up and only use about half)
2- Two cups of Macaroni noodles
3- One tablespoon of butter
4- Two cups of shredded cheese of your choice (I ended up adding a half more cup of cheese)
5- Salt and Pepper for taste
6- 1/2 cup of Milk (I ended up using a little less due to adding more cheese it was starting to look watery)
7- A 12 cup Cupcake pan
So thats all you will need all of these things you most likely have, now all you do is make it like regular mac n cheese by cooking the noodles (you want to make sure they are now fully cook they still want to be a little hard). Then add the half egg along with the tablespoon of butter the milk then mix that up and add cheese. After that spray cooking spray on your cupcake pan so they macaroni doesn't get stuck to the pan and fill up the cups with the macaroni. Once you've done that sprinkle some extra cheese on to followed by salt and pepper and bake in the oven at 350 degrees for 25 minutes or until golden brown on top. Allow to cool then enjoy.

Over the weekend I went to LA with my boyfriend for work, he went to a pre Grammy party and I went to a photo shoot. The shoot was with photographer friend Rylan Perry from camerabag.tv which was so much fun although I got tons of cuts from running around being one with nature, I quickly found out that I am not an outdoors girl the city is my place. I felt like this weekend my boyfriend and I were hood rats running wild all over the city from Downtown, Silver Lake, Bel Air, Beverly Hills, and Studio City I think we accomplished our goals for the weekend. Now its time to relax and eat one of the 6 Chick Fil A sandwiches I got in LA because they have yet to build one in Vegas so I had to stock up I guess you could call me obsessed.
